Mobilegov: Innovative and patented
technology
Mobilegov creates, develops and markets
innovative software solutions and equipment that help protecting sensitive
data.
Mobilegov is a pioneer within the increasing End-Point security market.
The company began marketing its solutions in early 2007 in France
and in Europe. Since the summer of 2007, Mobilegov has built a strong
distribution network throught partnerships. It's technology has been
validated by the most requiring industrials and laboratories.
Our approach
Mobilegov can detect, thanks to its software, any modification (hardware
or software) in numeric systems. Its technology is patented in Europe
and in the U.S.. Mobilegov was created from a European research project
on security and the use of the future identity documents.
Mobilegov brings a unique response to the sensitive data theft within
companies by suggesting to expand the network security to removable
devices (USB sticks, drives, burners, etc.). We improve the company's
productivity by allowing the use of new tools, often banished for
security purposes.
Our technology also prevents theft (digital cameras, computers, iPods,
hard drives, etc.) by making them useless once they are connected
outside the environment for which they have been configured.
In a world in where IT equipment are omnipresent, our vision is that
securing the components such as we are currently doing, will play
a strong role in the success of the upcoming applications.
Our innovation rests on a general property of hardware components
that cannot be forged. The technology does not rely on the environments
(operating systems) or applications. It can be applied as well as
for a PC connected to a network than for a card used in a telephone
exchange or even for a chronotachygraph in a truck.
From the core technology of Mobilegov, we develop software solutions
that can be easily embedded in existing applications thanks to its
modular structure. We also develop customised solutions with an intuitive
interface to manage pools of equipment.
The technology is portable and can thus offer online services (web
services).
A new flexibility for security
Contextual information can also be integrated during the equipment
identification. For instance, if a system should only be used in a
specific geographic area, a GPS receptor can be integrated and its
data taken into account during the validation process. Other captors,
such as biometric captors, can also be used.
The modulare technology of Mobilegov allows a rapid deployment of
these security schemes that would otherwise require long and costly
developments.
Mobilegov's technology is compatible with most existing devices and
operating systems. The architecture or equipment need not to be replaced
when integrated the Mobilegov technology.
