The subject of this training session is to understand the fundamental security concepts in becoming a good communicator between sharp but non-communicative technicians and occasionally careless users. The profile of the security correspondent, who is trained in this session, will then know how to communicate with the various people in order to concretely improve the level of security, but also manage, act and solve in an effective way the problem when a security incident occurs.
